Mike Lee

4 NHL Games

January 15, 2015 Arizona Coyotes vs Calgary Flames. 1-4 loss.
January 17, 2015 Arizona Coyotes vs Minnesota Wild. 1-3 loss.
January 18, 2015 Arizona Coyotes vs Winnipeg Jets. 3-4 loss.
January 20, 2015 Arizona Coyotes vs Chicago Blackhawks. 1-6 loss.

With St. Cloud State Mike Lee was twice named to the All-American Team, 2010/11 and 2011/12. In 2010 he won a World Junior Championship gold medal with Team USA. After three years of college Mike Lee was signed to a three-year entry-level NHL contract by the Coyotes.

When the Arizona Coyotes traded goalie Devan Dubnyk to the Minnesota Wild they where in need of a backup to Mike Smith. Mike Lee was recalled from the ECHL. Lee's second game in the NHL was especially memorable. Lee and the Coyotes returned to his home state, Minnesota, to play the Wild."It was a bit of an expensive night, but it was good," joked Lee after the game. "It was nice of my parents to get down here. I wasn't able to see my dad at Christmastime so it was good to see him."Lee was returned to the minors following the All-Star break. The Coyotes had decided to recall a more experienced goalie in Mike McKenna. "Its been nice to get a taste, for sure," said Lee. (1)
